On top of that, Pii Nong Thai, the Yonge and Lawrence Thai restaurant known for its teddy-bear mango drinks, is opening at 266 Lakeshore Road East, Suite E. It is the concept's first expansion outside Toronto. And RUDY, the smash burger chain out of Toronto's Little Italy, opened its 13th location in February 2026 at 2501 Hyde Park Gate, cooking fries in beef tallow and grinding beef fresh twice a day. The Oakville franchise is owned by three local partners, one of whom grew up here.

Meanwhile, 7 Enoteca in Towne Square holds the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand Distinction, which is the layer of recognition operators tend to pursue in markets where a qualified diner is already paying attention.
